- Original Character Certificate (from Institute/School Last attended) [In case of Gap Year/Private Candidate - Character Certificate must be issued by Sarpanch/M.C/Any Gazetted Officer]
- Matric Certificate (One Copy)
- 10+2 Certificate (Two Copies)
- Migration Certificate (Original and One Copy)
- Mark Sheet of Last Qualifying Exam (Two Copies)
- SC/BC/ST/BPL/Minority/PH Certificate (One Copy)
- Haryana Domicile for Reserved Categories (One Copy)
- Original copy of Gap Year Affidavit
- Photocopy of first page of Bank Passbook having Account No.
- Photocopy of Aadhaar Card/Enrolment Id.
- Any other relevant document for claim of Weightage like NCC/NSS/Sports Rural Area etc.
- Any other Certificate(Specify)
PG Courses
